Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how USAN Senior Retirement Inc ("we", "us"), operating the NoService AI text-messaging assistant, collects, uses, and protects your information.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the service:
- Mobile phone number (or satellite device identifier / email address) you use to contact us.
- Message content you send and the replies we return, kept as short conversation history to provide context and support.
- Account & usage data: question-credit balance, payments, and delivery/usage logs.
We do not collect location, contacts, or device data beyond the messages you send us. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
How we use your information
- To answer your questions and deliver the messages you request.
- To manage your account, credits, and payments.
- To send you account notices you request (balance, top-up confirmations, verification codes).
- To operate, secure, and improve the service and prevent abuse and fraud.
AI processing of your questions
To generate answers, the content of your questions (and short conversation context) is sent to our third-party AI provider, Anthropic (the Claude API), which processes it to produce a reply. Please don't include sensitive personal, financial, or confidential information in your messages. SMS and satellite text are not end-to-end encrypted.
Payments & saved cards
Payments are processed by Stripe. If you choose to save a card, it is stored securely by
Stripe (not by us) so you can top up by texting BUY; we keep only a token/reference and never
store full card numbers. You can remove a saved card via the Stripe Customer Portal.
SMS / text messaging terms & consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors strictly in support of the services (for example, message delivery carriers or hosting providers) is permitted. All other categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information is never shared with any third parties.
- Consent (opt-in): you opt in by texting NoService AI first. Your inbound message is your consent to receive replies and requested account notices.
- Message types: replies to your questions, and account notices you trigger. We do not send marketing or unsolicited messages.
- Frequency: varies — you receive a message only when you send one.
- Rates: message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

How we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us operate NoService AI — such as messaging carriers, payment processors, and cloud hosting — and only as needed to deliver the service. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information, and, as stated above, we never share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for their own marketing.
Data retention
We keep conversation history only as a short rolling window for context, and retain account, billing,
and delivery records as needed for accounting and legal compliance. You can delete your conversation
history at any time by replying FORGET.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your information in transit and at rest. No method of transmission is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
Your choices
You can opt out of messages (STOP), clear your history (FORGET), or request
deletion of your data by emailing aisurvivorsms@gmail.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
